When the weather begins to grow warmer, you’ll hope that you can depend on your air conditioning system to keep you cool. As an E.T. Lawson customer in Hampton Roads you can sign up for one of our comprehensive air conditioning service agreements to ensure your comfort during the spring and summer seasons!

We have a few plans to choose from, but let’s take a closer look at what you get under the protection of our Total Comfort AC Protection Plan F.

Annual Preventive Maintenance

You likely already know how important it is to have your cooling equipment tuned up on an annual basis. When you enroll in our Total Comfort AC Protection Plan F, your annual tune-up is included in the cost - so you won’t have to worry about spending extra cash on maintaining your system!

And, in case you didn’t know why you need annual tune-ups for your cooling equipment, consider what could happen if you didn’t bring your car into the shop for a regular tune-up or if you skipped a few dozen doctor appointments!

Priority Emergency Service

Enrolling in this plan makes you a priority customer over other customers, which is ideal when you’re face-to-face with a humid summer night and your air conditioning system has stopped working. Note: Calls received outside of normal business hours will incur a trip fee - the contract doesn’t cover this fee!

Repair and Replacement Allowance & Labor Discounts

We provide our service plan customers with a $75 allowance for the repair and/or replacement of certain parts. Beyond those parts covered by the allowance, any other work will be discounted 20%.
