How Are These Changes Affecting Your Comfort?

During the coronavirus pandemic many Hampton Roads homeowners have had to take a moment and re-prioritize things in their lives. One thing that may not have crossed their minds back in early spring – understandably so – was their home heating equipment. However, with the return of the heating season we believe it’s a good time to shift gears!

E.T. Lawson customers really need to think about their home heating comfort this year.

With many folks spending more time at home, whether they’re working remotely or attending classes virtually, they’re relying more on their home heating equipment. This means they’re using more fuel than usual.

Here’s what you need to do!

Be sure to let us know if there are more (or fewer) people than normal in your home on a regular basis. Your automatic Ultra Heating oil delivery schedules are based on your fuel needs in the past, before COVID-19, and so an abrupt change in occupancy can result in a fuel runout if we don’t increase the frequency of deliveries as needed.

So please reach out and keep us looped in to the changes in your home. If you know ahead of time that things will change, the sooner we can make adjustments to your schedule the better. If you have not signed up for automatic delivery, be sure to do so as soon as possible to ensure your supply!
