CERTIFIED TECHNICIANS

  • Our entire service department has received or is receiving the rigorous training necessary to obtain the national certification from the National Oilheat Research Alliance (NORA).
  • All of our service technicians have completed and passed the Refrigerant Transition and Recovery Program developed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
  • Our service department team receives continuing education in their related specialties.
  • We have been serving our Tidewater customers since 1919.

  • Normal operation hours are from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.
  • Our trip/diagnostic charge during normal business hours is $49.95.*
  • For after hours, our service/trip charge is $99.95.*

  • Our trip/diagnostic charge delivers to your home a trained service technician who will accurately assess the problem and give you an up-front cost to repair.
    • You always know the cost before the work begins.
    • You always have the right to decline the repair.
  • Up-front pricing is based on standard costs and times developed from a database of service calls from hundreds of companies and millions of service calls.
    • Our focus is to do it right - NOT bill you by the hour. The cost of the repair comes right out of the book.
  • All service repair work is guaranteed for one year.
  • All installation work is guaranteed for five years.
